Ricardo Ruiz Carrasquillo, PMP

I’m Ricardo Ruiz Carrasquillo — U.S. Army veteran, Project Management Professional (PMP), IAM Level 3, and AIT Level 3 professional. I founded Mission Project Cyber LLC to help small and mid-size DoD contractors navigate CMMC compliance requirements with real, practical guidance.

I served in the Army’s Finance, Transportation, and Signal Corps, leading teams in high-stakes environments where mission failure was not an option. That discipline is the foundation of everything I do today.

I am not yet a Cyber AB Registered Practitioner, but I bring deep DoD cybersecurity knowledge, hands-on IAM and AIT expertise, and proven project management skills to help contractors prepare for CMMC assessments — before they engage a C3PAO. Think of me as your compliance prep partner: I help you close gaps, build your documentation, and get assessment-ready.

Prior to establishing Mission Project Cyber LLC, Ricardo Ruiz had a distinguished career in the U.S. Army.

His career began, where he held various leadership roles in Finance, Transportation, and the Signal Corps. This experience instilled in him a passion for empowering others to reach their full potential.

During his tenure, he mentored and led hundreds of individuals, providing them with the skills, guidance, and confidence to succeed in their roles and beyond. The lasting impact of his leadership is evident in the many individuals he mentored who have gone on to achieve personal and professional success. Ricardo's military experience has had a profound influence on his approach to cybersecurity and project management, instilling in him a unique blend of discipline, strategic thinking, and a passion for empowering others to achieve lasting success.
